INFEED AIR CONVEYOR (With Air Blower)
In-feed air conveyor fitted with high pressure air blower. This conveyor feeds empty bottles
into the in-feed rotor by neck holding mechanism of the Trio-block machine.

Bottle only (Standard Neck & Bottle only). All contact part is S.S. **4 Material
Operation

Exit Conveyor :
Outfeed conveyor *2 Feet long, in S.S.

Empty bottles are fed manually on to the infeed Air conveyor.
From there bottles are carried to the Rinsing section.
Bottles gripped by neck & get tilted on rinsing nozzles.
Rinsed bottles are coming straight & Get transferred to the filling section & are holded by neck.
Filled bottles are transferred to the capping section. Caps are put in the rotary hopper &
tightened Under the revolving capping heads, while coming out by outfeed conveyor.
The main machine drive motor has variable speed A.C. Drive, by which the machine speed can be
varied depending upon the bottle size to be run. NO BOTTLE NO FILLING system arrangement is
standard features of the machine.
